Futurity First’s compensation plans give you the benefits you need and the recognition you deserve. Our packages are flexible, too. We know that not every advisor is the same and, as such, we don’t believe that every compensation package should be “one size fits all” either.

Contract Options
We offer flexible contract options designed to meet your specific needs and the objectives you’ve personally set forth with regard to compensation. Since Futurity First opened its doors in 2008, we’ve helped over 10 percent of our advisors achieve MDRT status for the first time in their careers - and that number increases every year.  

No matter how you decide to work with us, all of our advisors get the benefit of these great perks.

  • Participation in sales contests and promotions - both internally and through our carrier partners
  • Single-source online commission statement
  • Ability to qualify for the Futurity First Leaders Conference, and for carrier and broker-dealer conferences
  • Ability to qualify for President's Circle and Leaders Circle
  • Aggregation of all sales to qualify for our bonus and recognition programs - so whether you sell from one carrier, three carriers or all 55+ and our broker-dealer, your sales will be combined for purposes of calculating bonuses and recognition

Career Changers 
This contract option is ideal for professionals with a background in sales or experience that lends itself to a sales-type career.

New Graduates (This contract option is not available at every location - contact us for more information).
If you've recently graduated with a degree in finance, marketing or business and are interested in becoming an insurance or financial advisor, our new graduate program may be what you need to kick start a lucrative career. 

As an associate advisor at Futurity First, we provide: 

  • In-office mentors
  • Expert-run training
  • Prospecting programs to help you kick-start sales activity
  • Maximum bonus payout for transition period
  • 1099 Contract – up to three quarters. Once production requirements are met, associate advisors "graduate” to full-time advisor, with access to our benefits package and 401(k)

As an affiliate advisor, you get access to the best carriers in the industry and our platform of marketing programs. Ideal for the professional who focuses on a full-time CPA, P&C, group health, health or financial planning practice and wants to incorporate life, health, annuities and other insurance solutions into their practice. 

Affiliate advisors work on a 1099 contract and have flexible production requirements. They also get:

  • Full Back-Office Support
  • Leverage national brand and turnkey marketing and prospecting tools
  • Access to web-based, online and in-person training platform for supporting your sales

Futurity First has the infrastructure, expertise and open platform that can help your producer group increase its bottom line.

  • Allows advisors to choose what’s most important to them on an individual basis - each may elect their own contract option (Full-Time W2 or Full-Time 1099)
  • In addition to everything we offer to individual advisors, producer groups are eligible for sign-on bonuses, top APB payouts and expense allowance (based on FYCs) 
  • Recruiting groups may receive additional allowances
  • Qualification: group of four experienced advisors OR at least $250k in combined FYC's
